At ColCo the direction board is you, the customer. There is no CEO deciding what the next locomotive, coach or wagon wil be. Instead you take the decissions:

1. Submit Prototypes: Send the models you wish to see produced via email and they will be uploaded to the website.

2. Reach Subscription Threshold: When a proposal gets 1,500 subscriptions, it moves to the prepayment phase.

3.Prepayment Contribution: Interested customers contribute by paying for the product.

4.Start Production: Once 1,000 payments are received, production begins.

5.Refund if Target Not Met: If the prepayment goal is not reached within 7 months, all contributors are refunded.
